Service with a Smile is an inclusive customer service training program designed for neurodivergent adults. This 3-day workshop equips participants with the skills to excel in customer-facing roles, fostering confidence, communication, and authentic connections in a supportive, low-sensory environment.
From mastering active listening to handling challenging interactions, this program empowers participants to thrive in hospitality and service industries while building self-assurance and a sense of community.
Program Details:
- 3-Day Workshop: July 15-17 or July 22-24
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 hours each)
- Location: Café NeuroBlend Training Venue, 45698 Elmwood Court, #A, Sterling, VA 20166
- Group Size: Small cohorts (max 4 per group)
- Cost: $375.00 per person (No Refunds for Missed Class)

Participant Profile:
We welcome participants who are:
- Neurodivergent (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.).
- Aged 18 and up.
- Ready to learn in a small, supportive group.
- Looking to gain real skills for work or everyday life.
